Lightpainting with burning steelwool has become quite popular the last decade amongst photographers. However you always see the same old boring circles when this is performed. Together with Wijnand Buijs, an experienced fire performer, we went back to the caves and experimented with different shapes, ending up with these beautiful sparkle flowers.
To illuminate the background I used 2 external strobes.
